Yes, we have Business Continuity Plans in place which allow for essential processes to be supported
in the event of enforced office closures. Our Major Incident Team (MIT) is co-ordinating our response
to COVID-19 with ‘real-time’ reviews of our Business Continuity processes.
In the event of any of our offices needing to close, our priority will be to maintain as much of our core
business services in order to continue to support our customers’ critical needs. These include our
contact centres, claims and administration services.
These plans include staff working from home or relocating the administration of the core business
service to another location in the UK.
We maintain a cross-skilled workforce which helps enable us to continue to operate under exceptional
circumstances. However you may experience delays in us responding to your enquiry or longer call
waiting times.
